Q: 2010 Toyota Camry Base model and LE differences?
I am looking to buy a new Camry. I have done a little comparison with the base model and LE model and it seems the only difference was power seats and keyless entry. The deal said they would add in the keyless entry to the base model and I don’t care too much about the power seats. But I was wondering if they had any other difference.
A: Check toyota.com
Q: is it possible to get below invoice for 2009 base toyota camry? Also what time of the year is best to buy?
From my research it appears the keyless entry system and power door llocks are the only differences between the 2009 base model and LE. I like the idea of the keyless entrysystem but money wise, is it really worth it to pay that much extra for the LE? So i was thinking if it is possible to get below invoice price, then i could divert the price gain to getting the LE. Thanks
A: It is possible, it depends on your negotiating ability. I would
purchase the LE. The best time of year to buy a Camry
would be in the winter.
Q: which is the best ? honda civic sports zxi OR toyota camry base model?

Q: I have a 1990 Toyota Camry 4cyl.. Slight crack at the base of radiator fill neck, repair or replace radiator?
I would like to repair it if it can be done and last a while like 6months or more. The radiator is plastic.
A: I see no reason to not try. I don’t know of a product intended for the purpose so first I would call a body shop or two and ask what they do. In absence of any solid answers I would go with a fuel tank repair kit. Look for something with a catalyst that you need to mix and quickly apply. The military came up with that stuff for extremely tough repair conditions. I would apply layers. First apply your repair goo all around the neck then – wrap it with bare wire a time or two and twist the wire enough that it begins to dig into the 1st layer while it is still setting up but not yet firm. Work quickly. Maybe practice a dry run wrapping the wire. After the wire is in place apply another layer of patch to cover the wire. Depending on the shape and room you might want to use a hose clamp instead of wire. I think done right using wire would look better. If the wire idea doesn’t work, I doubt the hose clamp would either. Try that.
Q: What is the base price of a Toyota Camry Htbrid?
A: 25000
Q: Is this a good price for a 2010 Toyota Camry?
I found a 2010 Toyota Camry base model. It pretty much has everything the LE model has except power seats, which I don’t care too much about. They added the keyless entry and it has nitrogen tires. I offered $20,000 which will include everything (taxes and fees). I have a trade in for $3500 from the government if it keeps continuing, so it should only be 16,500. They will get back to me on Monday, but just wondering if I am getting a good deal.
A: We should be buying American cars….that’s whats going to help OUR economy.
Q: Why is the toyota corolla base price so much cheaper than the camry?
A: It is a lower end car. The engine is less powerful, it comes with less standard, and so on.
Q: Is the engine of the Scion tC based off of the Toyota Camry or Corolla?
I always get that confused. :-/
A: The tC is a 2.4L VVTi Engine that is derived from the 2.4L VVTi engine in the Camry. They’re tuned a bit differently so they have different HP and Torque curves, but it is derived from the Camry engine.
Q: How do I change my 1989 Toyota camry retractable antenna?
The antenna was bent at the base and the motor is running trying to pull it down but it can’t retract. Big question: is it something I can do or should I take it to the Toyota dealer?
A: take it to ur mechanic and let him do it so it will b done right.

Q: How to I get a copy of a 1995 Toyota camry 2.2 Vacuum hose diagram. I just replaced motor and need to finish.?
I have replaced the motor and need to finish the installing the vacuum lines to the motor. I really need help please. Dont know where to start installing the lines and dont want to put a line incorrectly on motor. It looks like there will be one on base of motor. Thanks for all help
A: The vacuum lines on my older Corolla were fouled up and it took 3 hours to find the foulup, but I was able to , using the diagram on the underside of the hood. Took a while to figure out what the symbols meant, but it was very clear and complete. Have you tried there?
At many auto parts stores you can buy a Haynes do-it-yourself manual for your model car, with step-by-step instructions, wiring diagrams and basic explanations at the beginning of each chapter. If it is not in stock, you can order it online by searching on “auto repair manuals” on Yahoo search.
db667089 says: you can check http://www.alldatadiy.com. For about the same price as a Haynes or Chilton’s repair manual, you can have online access (for a whole year) to model specific info for your particular vehicle. This is the same info that repair shops use. They have great wiring schematics/diagrams.
Also, for about $15 for a one-month subscription, you can get the factory manual, downloadable (careful! Mine was about 500 pages!) or viewable, at http://eAutoRepair.com.
Q: For a Toyota Camry, what does the CE, LE, XE, or XLE stand for?
I’m looking into buying a Camry, but they have all these different editions with no explanations as to what they mean. I don’t want to have to go to a dealership yet until I’ve done all the research I can. I want to know the base prices before I go, also.
A: First step
go to http://www.toyota.com/camry/models.html
CE is the lowest cost you can get but you can hardly get it off the dealer’s lot with out options being added on.
LE is of course the next step up with some upgrades like [remote keyless entry system ], [armrests, rear map pocket], [chrome door handle], [power driver's seat] for about MSRP $500 more.
XLE is the fully loaded model with noticible upgrades [fog light], [wheels], [leather-wrapped steering wheel and wood-grain-style shift lever], [Wood-grain-style interior trim], [40/20/40 split manually reclining rear seats], [dual zone auto climate control], [JBL® AM/FM 6-disc in-dash CD changer with satellite radio capability, MP3/WMA, bluetooth, eight speakers], [retractable rear window sunshade] for about MSRP $2300 more then the LE
SE is the, so call, sportier model the noticible exterier looks and firmer suspension. [Color-keyed front and rear underbody spoilers and side rocker panel moldings], [3-spoke leather-wrapped sport steering wheel and shift lever], [Metallic-style interior trim], [Blue Optitron sport meters] for about MSRP $2600 more then the CE
or you can go to http://www.toyota.com/toyota/vehicles/2008/camry/ebrochure.jsp and get a on-line brochure or have Toyota mail one to you.
and of course http://www.toyota.com/byt/pub/ built your own and have the dealer contact you.
Q: Remote controlled central locking for 1998 Toyota Camry V6?

Can anyone help me with how I could do it and how much would it cost? I would also appreciate if you could suggest some really good brands for remote locking systems. Thank You!

Q: Will a 1992 Toyota camry make it to virginia?
I have a 1992 Toyota Camry that I used to drive every year to Florida but then i started renting cars to go to there in 2005. Do you think my ‘92 Camry will make it to Virginia? I know that the car is 15 years old, but it never gave any major problems. I have changed the brakes, the distributer, spark plugs, changed the timing belt, changed the water pump, put in new tires, and changed the gas filter.
Based on what I have changed on the car, do you think it will make it?
I live in New York, and i am going to virginia.
Also the car has no dents in it, and i replaced most of the fluids on the car.
A: heck yeah toyotas last forever.
